Your answers are scored to determine the dominant dosha or combination of doshas in your constitution. Diet and Lifestyle Assessment: This assessment involves a detailed exploration of your daily routine, dietary habits, exercise regimen, sleep patterns, stress levels, and more. It helps identify lifestyle factors that might be contributing to doshic imbalances. All interventions for the mind & body are calculated in relation to the doshas.
